Our expertise in building best‑in‑class wet areas ranges from small but luxurious residential thermal suites with acclaimed hydrothermal circuits for 5‑star hospitality projects and luxury commercial developments. What We're Looking For DFL is looking for a Construction Project Manager willing to work in a fast‑paced, multinational company. This position will require experience overseeing commercial construction sites, project planning and execution, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing onsite construction to ensure progress and quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and design standards. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to join a growing company in the unique wellness industry, has exemplary organizational and leadership skills, with extensive experience in design and construction or related industries. What Your Day Looks Like Oversee all stages of project construction from planning to completion. Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and budgets. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Manage onsite construction activities to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Manage and lead project meetings, providing updates on project status and addressing issues as they arise. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in construction management with a focus on design and construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with design principles and the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings. Understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Strong comprehension of Mech/Elec./Plum. (MEP) requirements and trade practices. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Detail‑oriented with robust problem‑solving capabilities. Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
