Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Project Manager - Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants | Austin, TX Our client are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Austin, TX, specializing in water and wastewater treatment plant projects. As a key member of their growing team, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects from planning through completion. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on sustainable water management while working with a collaborative, forward-thinking organization. What you’ll do Lead and manage water and wastewater treatment plant projects from initiation to handover. Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth execution. Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation across all project activities. What we’re looking for Proven experience managing water and/or wastewater treatment plant projects. Strong knowledge of engineering, construction processes, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
