Compensation: $170,000-$200,000 (Based on Experience)

About the Opportunity:

Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their growing practice in Scottsdale. This role offers a strong mix of sophisticated coverage work, competitive compensation, and flexible scheduling within a collaborative, well-supported environment.

This position is ideal for attorneys who are confident managing complex coverage matters independently and who value both professional growth and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and advise clients on insurance coverage issues and disputes

* Handle coverage opinions, reservations of rights, and policy interpretation

* Manage coverage litigation and declaratory judgment actions

* Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

* Represent insurers in coverage-related matters and negotiations

* Collaborate with litigation and claims teams

* Maintain direct client communication and provide strategic guidance

* Manage matters efficiently from inception through resolution

Qualifications

* 5+ years of insurance coverage experience

* Strong background in policy analysis and coverage litigation

* Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision

* Excellent legal writing and analytical skills

* Strong client service and communication abilities

* Active Arizona bar license (or ability to waive in)
