Customer Service Representative

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services and policies Assist customers with processing orders, and handling returns or exchanges Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and to gather feedback about their experience Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and improve service delivery Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test Clear, concise, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional active listening skills Empathetic mindset to build trust and rapport with our participants Must be able to remain calm and composed when interacting with our participants Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team A polished demeanor and a high level of personal responsibility Bilingual, English/Spanish not required, but highly favorable #J-18808-Ljbffr
