PRN CNA – On-Call, Flexible Hours – Charlotte South, NC

We keep a small bench of PRN CNAs ready to step in across our Charlotte South client base when regular caregivers need coverage — sick days, vacations, sudden schedule changes. If you like variety and hate being locked into a fixed schedule, this might be your ideal setup.

Schedule: As-needed / on-call, varies
Location: Charlotte South, NC and surrounding areas
Client type: Varies by assignment — private residences across our client base
Care involved: General personal care, mobility support, companionship (case-dependent)

We're looking for an active NC CNA license, real short-notice flexibility, and the ability to walk into a new client's home and adapt fast.

Strong references go a long way here since you'll be trusted with different care plans on short notice.
