CNA – Medicaid Cases, 4-Hour Shifts Only – Charlotte South, NC

If a full 8- or 12-hour shift isn't what you're looking for, this role is built differently: every shift on this Medicaid route in Charlotte South is capped at 4 hours. No long shifts, no expectation to stay past your block. What's required:

• Active NC CNA certification
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license — you'll be traveling directly between client homes as part of the route
• Comfort adapting to different clients and care plans within the same day
• Punctuality, since routes depend on each stop starting on time
