Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: a professional engineer working with complex systems and subsystems leading teams in program planning, program evaluation, and/or requirements analysis representing an organization and establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals or groups Additional qualification information can be found at Experience can be paid or unpaid, including volunteer work through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
