What You ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a Level-III NICU setting
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
• Participate in coverage of the NICU and newborn nursery with 20 hours of daily shift coverage
• Assist with patient assessments, treatment plans, and medical decision-making
• Support mother-baby bonding and family-centered care practices
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the unit
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need

• Current Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
• 2+ years of hands-on NNP experience (excluding RN experience)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
