We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager who enjoys hunting for new business, building executive relationships, and closing consulting and professional services opportunities.

\n

\n

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Own the full sales cycle from account identification and prospecting through solution development, negotiation, and close.
\n
• Build and execute an outbound sales strategy targeting enterprise and mid-market customers that match our ideal customer profile.
\n
• Develop new relationships with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, VPs of Data, Analytics leaders, and other technology decision-makers.
\n
• Identify opportunities for Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, and cloud data modernization services.
\n
• Build strong relationships with product account executives and technology partners to generate joint opportunities and referrals.
\n
• Develop and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining consistent pipeline coverage.
\n
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to translate customer requirements into compelling consulting solutions.
\n
• Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and forecast information and provide regular sales forecasts.
\n
• Build a repeatable territory and account strategy capable of generating consistent new business.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• 3+ years of B2B technology sales experience , preferably with a consulting/services firm, data company, cloud provider, or SaaS organization.
\n
• Demonstrated experience selling Data Engineering, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, or related technology solutions .
\n
• Strong preference for candidates who have sold professional services or consulting engagements .
\n
• Proven ability to generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship development.
\n
• A strong new-business hunting mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
\n
• Experience selling into the North American market .
\n
• Ability to develop relationships with technology vendors, product account executives, and partner ecosystems.
\n
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms and cloud technologies.
\n
• Knowledge of the Snowflake ecosystem and product suite is highly preferred.
\n
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment.
