The Role

The caregivers in this role provide a broad range of strategic leadership, consultation, and account management to business leadership, HR, and the vendor. Creates specific talent acquisition strategies for their assigned area within a specific market, brand, business line, or institute while ensuring alignment with system-level strategies and hiring practices.

This role could be market or enterprise-wide depending on assignment.

What You'll Do

• Proactively communicates vision, translates business strategies into talent acquisition solutions, for their area of responsibility, that create business value and have a critical impact on the business.
• Accountable for high-level coordination and ensuring high quality and standards for Talent Acquisition service delivery within the assigned area.
• Delivers hiring results through outsourced vendor partner(s) filling the forecasted demand.
• Partners cross-functionally to implement Enterprise and regional solutions.
• Ensures the overall recruitment approach and ongoing activities are in alignment with the enterprise Talent Acquisition strategy and provides thought leadership to influence within Talent Acquisition to drive the best outcome for the business.
• Develops recruiting strategies specific to area of responsibility based on operational workforce planning through deep understanding of their business and market in alignment with PSJH strategic recruitment plans and the core vision of creating a stellar candidate experience.
• Accountable for Core Leader engagement and adoption of hiring practices in partnership with HR, business leadership and the vendor.
• Communicates Talent Acquisition policies and practices to ensure vendor has information to successfully execute on service delivery.
• Serves as a point of escalation for Tier 3 issue resolution between the business, HR and the vendor.
• Engages with business and vendor to provide strategic insights and consulting related to Talent Acquisition service delivery in their area.
• Collaborates with the leadership of all PSJH, including HR, Shared Services, Centers of Expertise, and with an emphasis on improving business performance through people by improving attraction, recruiting and pre-boarding coordination and collaboration between all parties.
• Stewards the candidate and caregiver experience through successful attraction, recruiting and onboarding experiences in the assigned area.
• Ensures the quality of Talent Acquisition service delivery for the assigned area through effective collaboration with the business, vendor, Talent Acquisition strategy and planning, and Talent Acquisition operations.
• Fosters an environment of continuous improvement by leading, motivating, mentoring, and developing others.
• Influences managers, supervisors and recruiting professionals to meet hiring objectives.
• Serves as trusted advisor to business executives and collaborates with leadership stakeholders to ensure areas of accountability are focused successfully on the most critical needs of the organization.
• Thinks strategically about the overall organizational strategy and objectives. In coordination with enterprise Talent Acquisition strategy and Talent Acquisition consulting leadership, contributes to the development of these strategies.
• Leads robust recruitment strategies and develops business cases based on market dynamics.
• Partners with a variety of leaders across a wide spectrum inside and outside of the organization to achieve success.

What You'll Bring

Education & Credentials

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, or related field; or equivalent education/experience.
• Master's Degree (preferred).
• Preferred upon hire: PHR or SPHR.

Experience & Expertise

• 10 or more years of experience leading HR or Talent Acquisition functions/teams having developed strategies and business cases, consulted with executives, and gained a wide range of experiences and expertise to improve the delivery of HR and/or Talent Acquisition services.
• 10 or more years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• 10 or more years of Talent Solutions expertise, having broad experience across multiple talent disciplines including process improvement, marketing, technology, data and recruiting.
• 5 years of experience leading complex projects aligned with organizational strategies within medium to large companies. Experience in brokering services in a multi-site/location, multi-line of business environment.
• 5 years of proven knowledge, experience, and success in creating, leading and measuring recruitment strategies that build talent pipelines and successfully fill hiring goals through workforce planning and data, attraction, marketing, sourcing, selection and hiring consultation and execution.

The full pay range is listed in accordance with applicable law. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, organizational compensation alignment, and the approved hiring department budget for the position. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation and benefits.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
