Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator Our goal is to meet or exceed customer needs by providing the highest-quality service and supporting continuous improvement. This role provides customer support, order and shipment coordination, documentation, data management, and operational assistance while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and strong service standards. Roles & Responsibilities Customer Support Respond promptly to customer phone calls and emails Address inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and general account information Assist with special shipment requests under the guidance of the CSR Lead or Operations Manager Provide accurate and timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders Order & Shipment Processing Review and enter customer orders into the system Generate tasks and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure customer requirements are met Monitor shipment schedules and assist with carrier coordination Support shipment routing and follow up on pickups as needed Documentation & Data Management Maintain accurate and organized records of orders, communications, and shipment documentation Assist with daily data collection for customer billing Update SKU information in the system as needed, including adding, editing, and inactivating records Support preparation of KPI and End-of-Day shipment reports Team & Operations Support Participate in daily team meetings and share relevant updates or issues Follow operational and quality procedures to support accuracy and compliance Assist with continuous improvement activities and process enhancements Provide coverage and support for colleagues when necessary to meet customer requirements Safety & Workplace Standards Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly office environment Follow safety and housekeeping protocols Adhere to the employer’s Quality System and established procedures Job Skills & Specifications Ability to relocate is an asset Detailed knowledge of applicable company procedures Strong working knowledge of office productivity software Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a team environment Experience with the applicable warehouse/order management system or ability to learn it quickly Well organized with strong attention to detail Possible extended work hours depending on schedule and performance Ability to work effectively under scheduling pressures Commitment to exceptional customer service and cost-conscious operations Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver’s license Minimum one year of customer service experience Warehousing experience is a plus Computer literate, including basic inventory-control systems and office software Office administration certificate is a plus Disclaimer This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this classification.
