Full-time Regular Sandston, VA, US About the Role The 2nd shift Rotary Die Cut Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining rotary die cut printing machinery to produce high-quality corrugated packaging products. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure that printed materials are accurately aligned and printed according to specifications, meeting both quality standards and production deadlines. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring production runs, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Collaboration with quality control and production teams is essential to continuously improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications 2 years previous experience operating rotary die cut or similar printing and packaging machinery. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Ability to read and interpret job orders, specifications, and technical documents. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications Experience with preventive maintenance and minor machine repairs. Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
