[Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location.](a href= )MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance5 + years of experience in a rapid change technical environmentProven ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and functional specifications.Strong project management skills, including experience with status reporting, risk tracking, and roadmap development.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple departments and senior leadership.Familiarity with IT governance, demand/intake processes, and cross directorate coordination.Ability to work in a fast paced, mission critical environment and manage competing prioritiesProficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)Ability to travel domestic and/or internationalDesired SkillsSystems architecture and integration expertise (e.g., model based engineering, data fusion platforms)Advanced project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, OpenPlan) and Agile/Scrum methodologiesChange management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR) and user adoption strategiesStrong stakeholder engagement and negotiation abilities across technical and business teamsAbility to craft clear, persuasive communications (presentations, executive briefs, PR style messages)Ability to build positive relationships with the customers.Experience with technology road mapping and long term vision planning (1-3 year horizons)Knowledge of defense IT standards, cybersecurity and compliance requirementsProficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) for status reportingCollaborative mindset with a track record of driving cross directoratePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
