The Payroll & Benefits Administrator will fill in for the HR Director during a medical leave of approximately 2-3 months, with the potential to extend or transition into a permanent position.The Payroll & Benefits Administrator will manage Payroll for slightly more than 100 employees, ensuring accurate pay codes, schedule alignment, and strict compliance with California payroll requirements and laws. The ideal Payroll & Benefits Administrator has extensive Paylocity and payroll experience, a proven track record of managing a high-volume of employees, and thorough knowledge of California payroll and benefits regulations.
