Shift: 24-hour on-call (including 4 hours gratis)

Hours/week: Varies; averaging 7.5 callback hours

Licenses/Certifications: North Dakota Medical License, Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN

Experience: 2+ years in OB/GYN practice preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient OB/GYN services, including vaginal deliveries and C-sections
• Perform necessary procedures like hysterectomies, tubal ligations, bladder repairs, and D&C's
• Round on patients, respond to urgent cases, and attend deliveries
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and reports
• Participate in on-call coverage, rounding, and emergency care
• Assist in ensuring hospital compliance with licensing and accreditation standards
• Support community health initiatives and promote services locally

What You Need

• North Dakota Medical License with OB/GYN certification
• Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN clinical experience
• Proficiency in procedures such as vaginal deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Experience with EMR systems, ideally Meditech, PACs, or related platforms (preferred but not required)
