Quick Facts Location: Williston, ND (1301 15th Avenue West, Williston, ND 58801) Start Date: 09/03/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing Shift: 24-hour call (including 4 hours gratis) Hours/week: Avg. callback hours 7.5; on-call 24/7 Employment Type: Locum License/Certs: State Medical License, Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience required Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: Tier 1: $3,900 (24-hour call); callback: $450/hour and below; Range depends on shift tier Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team to assist you throughout your placement What You’ll Do Provide inpatient OB/GYN services, including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies, tubal ligations, bladder repairs, and D&C procedures Attend 50-60 deliveries per month Respond to urgent cases in the ER, round on patients, and perform scheduled deliveries Collaborate with hospital staff and support teams to ensure quality patient care Maintain accurate patient records and reports Participate in hospital credentialing, peer review, and professional development activities Supervise mid-level providers, nurses, and support staff Promote hospital services and participate in community health activities What You Need Required: Active North Dakota Medical License in OB/GYN Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Experience with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies, tubal ligations, bladder repairs, D&C procedures Ability to work on a 24-hour call schedule and respond promptly Preferred: Experience with Meditech, Dragon, PACs, eRx - Dr. First, Imprivata Tap and Go Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced hospital environment About the Assignment Join a large, reputable hospital in Williston, ND, providing critical OB/GYN services to a diverse patient population.
