What You'll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll keep our automated systems running at peak performance. You'll:

+ Maintain and repair conveyors, robotics, and material handling systems

+ Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues

+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime

+ Work with components like motors, sensors, relays, and control systems

+ Read and apply schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams

+ Partner with operations teams to keep production running smoothly

+ Identify problems fast and deliver real solutions that impact performance

What We're Looking For

+ Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution environments

+ Skills in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic systems

+ Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and technology

+ Ability to read basic schematics and use problem-solving skills daily

+ Team player who can also work independently

Bonus Points If You Have

+ Experience with automation, robotics, or conveyor systems

+ Preventive maintenance experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Surprise, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.84 $26.84/hr.
