Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist - Hybrid Role

Role Overview: The Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist is a full-time hybrid position based in Tampa, FL, combining in-clinic and remote patient care. Responsibilities Include Providing outpatient physical therapy services for diverse orthopedic and neurologic conditions Developing personalized care plans and objectively measuring patient outcomes using advanced software Delivering telehealth evaluations, assessments, and treatments via digital platforms Performing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and maintaining effective communication with patients and clinicians Supporting digital health program development, marketing, and regional service metrics analysis Serving as a liaison between providers and the Digital Health team to optimize remote services Qualifications & Skills Diploma from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program and FL PT licensure (or in process) Minimum 2 years outpatient clinical experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience with digital health services preferred Key Attributes: Dedication to high-quality patient care, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Seacrest Behavioral Health
