Physical Therapist – Winter Garden, FL FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Winter Garden, FL, seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver exceptional one‑on‑one care to older adults in their homes or Senior Living Communities. You will help patients improve mobility, independence, and quality of life through our signature Geriatric House Calls™ model. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful outcomes. You will create and manage your own treatment schedule, build strong patient relationships, and may incorporate telehealth or other virtual care into your practice for greater flexibility and continuity of care. Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one physical therapy to older adults in private residences, Senior Living Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings. Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence. Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists. Provide telehealth or virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility. PRN / FOX Flex Physical Therapist – Home & Community Visits (pay per unit compensation). H1B sponsorship available for qualified clinicians. Ability to meet the physical demands of in‑home and community‑based care, including providing moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers and bed mobility, and driving to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model.
