Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop customized therapy plans aimed at restoring function and mobility.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, modalities, and exercise programs tailored to each patient's specific goals and needs.
• Monitor and track patient progress meticulously, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to ensure the most effective outcomes.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their caregivers regarding rehabilitation practices, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to encourage continued progress outside the clinic.
• Document treatment interventions and outcomes clearly and accurately in our electronic health record system to maintain continuity of care.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to create holistic care plans and facilitate optimal recovery for all patients.

Qualifications
