Work Environment

Our structured schedule, which runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allows for a manageable caseload of 6-8 patients a day, affording you the time to focus on delivering high-quality care without the pressure of excessive volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to identify rehabilitation needs and set measurable goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that encompass manual therapy, exercise regimens, and patient education tailored to each patient's specific requirements.
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities to assist patients in regaining mobility, strength, and function after injuries or surgeries.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on their response to therapy, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Educate and motivate patients to adopt lifestyle changes and injury prevention techniques, ensuring their long-term health and wellness.

Qualifications

• A current and active New York State Physical Therapist license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
