Work Environment

You will be working onsite in our modern rehabilitation center, which features a welcoming atmosphere designed to make patients feel comfortable and supported during their recovery journey. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work schedule that promotes optimal work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess the physical capabilities and needs of each patient.
• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to address specific patient goals.
• Implement manual therapy techniques and exercise programs designed to enhance mobility and function.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention strategies, and home care techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the facility to provide integrated care tailored to each patient's rehabilitation journey.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Inner Sage, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and those managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your ability to build rapport and trust with patients will be essential, as many individuals seek a compassionate and knowledgeable therapist to guide them through their rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• Valid and active New York Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher (Master's or Doctorate preferred).
• Strong understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation principles and practices.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits
