Good Reps Rehab Center is actively looking for a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in the beautiful town of Walden, New York. Work Environment

This role is onsite at our outpatient office where you will work in close quarters with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, chiropractic care specialists, and rehabilitation assistants. The atmosphere promotes teamwork and open communication, allowing for a seamless flow of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 7 patients per day , providing thorough assessments and individualized care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify patient needs and goals, and create tailored treatment regimens that incorporate a variety of evidence-based rehabilitation techniques.
• Implement treatments that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education on self-management techniques.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery exercises and strategies to optimize health, prevent injury, and sustain improvements.
• Document treatment progress and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, tailoring treatments to maximize their recovery potential and enhance their functional abilities.

Qualifications

• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy strongly preferred.
• At least two years of relevant outpatient experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates who have experience with specialized techniques such as manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or post-operative care. Familiarity with the latest rehabilitation research and practices will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year , commensurate with experience.
