Work Environment

This position is located onsite in our modern rehabilitation center, designed to promote a healing atmosphere. Our facility features state-of-the-art equipment and treatment rooms that support a variety of therapeutic modalities, ensuring you have the tools necessary to deliver top-notch care. The center operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, goals, and evidence-based practices.
• Manage a daily caseload of approximately seven patients, ensuring each patient receives comprehensive attention.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities, to enhance recovery.
• Educate patients on effective rehabilitation exercises, preventive care strategies, and self-management techniques.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to patient management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Good Reps Rehab Center, our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. You will be interacting with patients of diverse backgrounds, ages, and rehabilitation needs, fostering a supportive environment that encourages their active participation in the healing process.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York State.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinical setting is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
