Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist in our clinic, you will work primarily on-site, assuring close interaction with both patients and colleagues. Operating hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring you have evenings and weekends free to recharge. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to accurately identify needs, concerns, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans designed to promote recovery and enhance overall function, integrating manual therapy, exercise programs, and other therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention techniques, home exercise regimens, and lifestyle modifications to maintain long-term health and well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide well-rounded care that addresses the intricacies of each patient's situation.
• Participate in continuous professional development, staying abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and research in physical therapy practice.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
