Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patients in their homes, assessing their functional movement limitations and creating precise, individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing recovery and quality of life.
• Implement therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and diverse modalities to restore strength, mobility, and overall well-being in patients.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention techniques, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to promote ongoing health and wellness.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment efficacy, and modifications to treatment plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to optimize treatment outcomes and ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
