Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite, delivering care primarily in home settings. This is a full-time position with a standard schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments, utilizing advanced diagnostic techniques to identify individual therapeutic needs and establish actionable, personalized treatment plans.
• Administer evidence-based physical therapy interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise programs, and various modalities to optimize patient recovery outcomes.
• Diligently monitor patients' progress, documenting changes and adjusting treatment strategies to meet evolving needs, ensuring maximum effectiveness of care.
• Provide education to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness strategies that foster independence and long-term health maintenance.
• Engage in collaboration with orthopedic surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
• Maintain meticulous patient records in compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory requirements, ensuring continuous improvement and high standards are upheld.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New York.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or Master's degree preferred) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapist, particularly in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and pain management strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
