This role is primarily conducted within the patients' homes in Montgomery and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to establish clear baseline data and articulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.

• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies and provide guidance for long-term maintenance of health, empowering them to take charge of their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with diverse populations, including geriatric, post-surgical rehabilitation, and those managing chronic pain. Qualifications

• Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient or home care setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Previous work with diverse patient populations and various age groups.

Compensation and Benefits
