Work Environment

This position is onsite, providing physical therapy services within our state-of-the-art home care facility. Operating Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, our clinic is designed to handle a steady flow of patients, ensuring that you can effectively apply your skills without compromising quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional capabilities and rehabilitation needs, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training tailored to individual patient goals.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document patients' responses to treatment and maintain accurate medical records, keeping in line with regulatory requirements.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation strategies, exercise programs, and preventative measures to promote long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and expertise to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to ensure a holistic approach to patient management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. At Limitless Physical Therapy, you will work with patients ranging from young athletes to active seniors, providing tailored interventions that promote mobility, strength, and functional independence.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Physical Therapy licensure is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; however, a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients to facilitate a positive therapeutic experience.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desired, enabling you to effectively manage a varied patient caseload.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and an understanding of contemporary rehabilitation technologies are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
