Inner Sage Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to join our exceptional outpatient practice located in Newburgh, New York. Work Environment

This role is based onsite, allowing you to connect with patients in a personal and impactful way. The work environment is characterized by collaboration among healthcare professionals, including physical therapists and support staff, who work together to ensure a seamless patient experience. You can expect a manageable patient volume of 6 to 8 patients per day, allowing for ample time to conduct thorough assessments and provide individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients to evaluate their physical condition and needs for rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans that align with each patient's goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
• Apply manual therapy methods, corrective exercises, and functional movement training to facilitate recovery and improve overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, injury prevention, and strategies to enhance long-term performance.
• Document treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to patient health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient relationships.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings or sports therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
