Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy to an average of 7 patients daily, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate mobility and rehabilitation exercises.
• Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, fostering open lines of communication and support.
• Document patient progress accurately and contribute to the electronic health records system to maintain up-to-date information.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team, sharing insights and adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.
• Stay current with best practices in physical therapy and participate in ongoing training and development workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve range from post-operative individuals to those with chronic conditions requiring consistent rehabilitation support. Our diverse patient population includes elderly individuals recovering from surgeries, adults with sports-related injuries, and patients with neurological disorders. Qualifications

• Current New York State Physical Therapist License is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a preference for a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
