Property Manager - Affordable Housing & Tenant Care

Housing Options & Planning Enterprises, Inc. (H.O.P.E.) seeks a Property Manager to oversee residential properties and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, collecting rents, and ensuring HUD-compliant occupancy practices. The role requires COS certification, 3–5 years of experience in Section 202/811 housing, and a valid driver’s license. The successful candidate will supervise on-site and off-site staff, communicate clearly with tenants and owners, and ensure #J-18808-Ljbffr Housing Options & Planning Enterprises, Inc.
