A large supermarket is seeking an organized and customer-focused Front-End Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the front-end team.

The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, efficient checkout processes, and smooth functionality of POS systems. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train front-end staff to maintain excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the functionality of POS systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure accurate cash handling procedures and manage front-end inventory supplies.
