We offer competitive pay, performance incentives, and overtime opportunities. Earn anywhere from $75,000 - $95,000 per year.

What You'll Do as the Plumbing Field Supervisor

• Perform advanced plumbing service and install work, while providing mentorship and technical support in the field
• Assist the plumbing manager in the development and training of the plumbing department
• Serve as the backup plumbing license holder
• Lead the plumbing department in the absence of the plumbing manager
• Maintain accurate service documentation

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• 8 - 10+ years of plumbing experience
• North Carolina P1 License (preferred)
• North Carolina P2 License (minimum)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor others
• A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience, is required for this role
