We're currently hiring home health COTAs in and around Palm Beach Gardens treating the adult and geriatric population. What's Awesome About This Job We bring the patients to you - steady referrals through our agency partner network Pick your own hours - build your schedule around patient needs IHT Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume Mileage reimbursement – plus tools to reduce windshield time Tablet, data plan, and supplies provided Paid training and ongoing mentorship Concierge-level clinical and administrative support Room to grow - leadership opportunities and career advancement What You'll Do Provide home care therapy under the supervision of an OT Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided) Be the best part of someone’s day! Compensation This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The visit rate for this role ranges from $40-50 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked.
