Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial and industrial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from the ground‑up, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate project development and execution. Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses. Facilitate tenant improvements and renovations in commercial spaces. Oversee projects in various sectors including automotive, financial institutions, educational, warehouse, distribution, medical, manufacturing, healthcare, office, retail, and residential. Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Proven experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, financial management, and project scheduling. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Familiarity with project management software and tools.
