Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking menu items to high standards
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Assisting with menu embellishments and recipe development
Managing orders and inventory
Demonstrating a workable knowledge of food cost
Rostering staff and coordinating schedules
Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation

Qualifications:

Passionate about food and the culinary arts
Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Hospitality-driven and customer-focused
Attention to detail and culinary expertise
