Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to high standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Assisting with menu embellishments and recipe development
- Managing orders and inventory
- Demonstrating a workable knowledge of food cost
- Rostering staff and coordinating schedules
- Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation
