Operations CoordinatorProvide administrative and operational support to the Operations department by coordinating purchasing activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely processing of transactions and requests in alignment with company policies and management direction.Process/Receive invoices and ordersResolve Consumption issuesPurchase order unresolved list – Work with Requisitioners and Purchasing Coordinator to mitigate outstanding unresolved itemsWork with Requisitioners to update due dates and resolve past due Purchase OrdersSupport Purchasing Department with purchase order goods received but not invoiced listCapture quotes and estimates from maintenance outage project leaders communicate outage estimates and actuals.Administrative support as neededOther duties as assignedRequired Skills and Education:High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)2+ years of administrative, operations, or purchasing support experience preferredExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, LN)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and WordAbout Dauch:Dauch Corporation is a premier Driveline and Metal Forming supplier serving the global automotive industry with a powertrain-agnostic product portfolio that supports electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles.
