The Role

As a Regional Sales Manager-Specialty at CSL, you will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team across your assigned region. You'll develop comprehensive sales plans and coordinate marketing strategies that drive results and support our corporate objectives. Working closely with regional management, you'll establish tactical approaches to generate sales growth within your therapeutic area portfolio. This leadership position requires you to optimize marketing resources, manage all aspects of regional business operations, and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Your coaching and guidance will be instrumental in ensuring your team delivers effective sales efforts that protect and improve lives.

Responsibilities:

• Develops sales plans and coordinates marketing strategies for sales management team within assigned region/country wide for a given portfolio or TA
• Works with regional management to establish strategy and tactical approach for generating sales in support of corporate strategies and objectives
• Manages all aspects of regional business and optimizes marketing resources to drive sales results
• Coaches sales team, providing timely feedback, direction and guidance to ensure effective sales efforts
• Helps secure and maintain customers through high level customer contacts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
• 6-8 years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience with special focus on sales and/or marketing
• 3+ years experience in field sales
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
• Demonstrated leadership/team management experience

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is $210,000–$220,000 annually . This range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay CSL expects to offer for this position at the listed New York location as of the time of posting.

The base salary offered to the successful candidate will be determined based on qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies, and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, total compensation for this sales role will include sales incentive compensation in accordance with the applicable incentive plan.
