How you'll make an impact in this role

• Supervised Assistance: Executes fundamental clinical and non-clinical tasks under the guidance of licensed medical staff.
• Mobility Support: Aids patients with safe positioning, transfers, and general movement to ensure comfort and safety.
• Personal Care (ADLs): Provides hands-on help with essential daily activities, including hygiene, grooming, and feeding.
• Observation & Documentation: Monitors and records the patient's physical and emotional status, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team.
• Environmental Oversight: Maintains a clean, organized patient environment and ensures medical equipment is ready for use.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
