We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Department (ED) for a 13-week contract in Globe, Arizona. The RN will provide emergency nursing care in a 10-bed Emergency Department within a critical access hospital serving patients with urgent, emergent, and trauma-related conditions.

This night-shift position requires strong emergency nursing skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and participation in required on-call coverage.

• Perform rapid and comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with urgent, emergent, and trauma-related conditions.

• Prioritize patient care and implement appropriate emergency nursing interventions based on clinical status.

• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patients for changes in condition and response to care.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate timely and effective emergency care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while supporting patient safety, infection-control practices, and required on-call responsibilities.

• Minimum 3 Years of Registered Nurse Experience Required; Emergency Department Experience Required.

• Current, Active Registered Nurse License Required; Applicable Arizona Practice Requirements Must Be Met Before Start.

• Current BLS/BCLS and ACLS Certifications Required.

• Current PALS and NRP Certifications Required Per Requisition.

• Flu Vaccination Required With No Exceptions; Permanent Residence Must Be at Least 100 Miles From the Assignment Location.

This contract opportunity is suited for an experienced Emergency Department RN comfortable working night shifts in a critical access and Level IV trauma environment with required call coverage.
