Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed annual base salary with RVU-based production incentive
- Sign On Bonus: $200,000
- Retention Bonus: $15,000 annual retention incentive
- Production Incentive: RVU-based productivity compensation
- Relocation Assistance: $12,000 relocation stipend
- Professional Growth: $5,000 annual CME allowance
- Comprehensive Benefits: Full benefits package; 5 weeks PTO, 5 CME days plus 6 paid holidays annually
Qualifications
- Training: Adult Psychiatry or Child & Adolescent Psychiatry providers welcome
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Licensure: Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
- Sponsorship: J-1 and H-1B visa candidates encouraged to apply
