Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed annual base salary with RVU-based production incentive
Sign On Bonus: $200,000
Retention Bonus: $15,000 annual retention incentive
Production Incentive: RVU-based productivity compensation
Relocation Assistance: $12,000 relocation stipend
Professional Growth: $5,000 annual CME allowance
Comprehensive Benefits: Full benefits package; 5 weeks PTO, 5 CME days plus 6 paid holidays annually

Qualifications

Training: Adult Psychiatry or Child & Adolescent Psychiatry providers welcome
Degree: MD or DO
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Licensure: Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
Sponsorship: J-1 and H-1B visa candidates encouraged to apply
