The Gardens of Statesville Independent Living, Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a housekeeping role. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and well-maintained spaces while delivering friendly and respectful service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and perform general cleaning tasks according to established standards
• Change linens, restock supplies, and ensure rooms are properly prepared
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
• Follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and housekeeping schedules
• Maintain organized cleaning carts, supplies, and equipment
• Provide courteous service and respond professionally to requests as needed

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, custodial, or general cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods
