Ubicación: Dripping Springs (LSSL), TX, 78737 Descripción del Puesto Estamos buscando un Sous Chef talentoso y apasionado para unirse a nuestro equipo en Dripping Springs. El candidato ideal será responsable de apoyar al Chef Ejecutivo en la supervisión de las operaciones diarias de la cocina, asegurando la calidad y consistencia de los platos, y manteniendo altos estándares de higiene y seguridad alimentaria. Asistir al Chef Ejecutivo en la planificación y creación de menús innovadores y equilibrados. Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de cocina para garantizar un servicio eficiente y de alta calidad. Controlar el inventario de ingredientes y realizar pedidos cuando sea necesario. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria. Capacitar y motivar al personal de cocina para mejorar continuamente sus habilidades. Colaborar en la gestión de costos y control de desperdicios. Reemplazar al Chef Ejecutivo en su ausencia y tomar decisiones operativas. Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Sous Chef o en un puesto similar. Conocimiento profundo de técnicas culinarias y tendencias gastronómicas. Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y en equipo. Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y resolver problemas rápidamente. Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos.
