Wireless Retail Store Manager - AT&T Authorized Retailer, Prime Wireless

$35 - $50/hour (hourly pay + commission + incentives)

Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) preferred.

Prime Wireless, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Wireless Retail Store Manager. We're searching for a candidate who can inspire their team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve outstanding sales results. With paid training, generous commissions, and a clear path for advancement, you’ll have everything you need to turn your retail management and leadership skills into a rewarding, high-earning career.

What We Offer

Responsibilities

  • Train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
  • Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
  • Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty. 

Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of recent retail wireless sales experience (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon)
  • Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/ streaming services.
  • Exceptional communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth
