Production Coordinator & Client Services Specialist

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in print production, project coordination, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of print production, including CMYK workflows, pre-press processes, and proofing cycles
• Background in a print shop or printing company is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to open, review, and assess press-ready files
• Strong organizational and project tracking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for professional client interactions

Requirements

• Background in packaging production, particularly structural or turned-edge boxes (Nice to Have)
• Knowledge of international logistics or freight coordination (Nice to Have)
• Mandarin language proficiency for factory communication (Nice to Have)
• Knowledge of global sourcing across countries such as Vietnam, India, and the Philippines (Nice to Have)

Responsibilities

• Track 10-15 or more concurrent projects across factory partners from artwork proofing through production, shipping, and final delivery
• Provide proactive project status updates to clients, ensuring they never have to follow up for information
• Coordinate with Chinese factory partners on production schedules, issue resolution, and escalations
• Manage the Trello project tracking board and maintain project cost and sales reconciliation spreadsheets
• Follow up on outstanding estimates to maximize conversion opportunities and ensure no quote goes cold
• Monitor international freight shipments through DHL, air freight, and private carriers, and provide clients with real-time shipping updates
• Review Adobe Illustrator artwork files for CMYK compliance and pre-press readiness before submission to factory partners
