Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan School Psychologist Certification (fully approved or temporary)
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations according to MARSE and IDEA guidelines
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting standardized tests and assessments
• Strong report writing abilities, with attention to clarity and compliance
• Knowledge of MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) and PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports)
• Familiarity with developing IEP goals, accommodations, and behavioral support plans
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility and commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to determine student eligibility for services
• Consult with educators and families, interpreting assessment data and providing actionable recommendations
• Develop and deliver clear, timely evaluation reports that meet all regulatory requirements
• Assist in creating and implementing IEPs, behavior intervention plans, and accommodations
• Contribute to data-based decision making and support implementation of MTSS and PBIS frameworks
• Provide direct psychological services and interventions to students, responding to their unique emotional and behavioral needs
