As the Director of Patient Operations, this full-time remote position will drive operational excellence, build strategic frameworks for growth, and lead a high-impact team dedicated to enhancing the patient experience in mental healthcare. Key responsibilities Architect the operational strategy for the Patient Group, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate vision into actionable plans Facilitate high-stakes tradeoff discussions and guide critical decision-making processes to ensure strategic alignment and growth Lead and mentor the Business Operations team, focusing on patient acquisition and overseeing operational strategies for core experiences and partnerships Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Business Operations or Strategy & Operations in growth-focused roles 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams Proven ability to define product strategy and performance metrics that drive innovation Experience leading cross-functional processes and aligning senior stakeholders in dynamic environments Strong skills in synthesizing complex information into clear narratives for strategic decision-making
