In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience.Schedule: Monday - Saturday, full-time hours.Location: Float position supporting our clinics, at Forest Hills, Jamaica Ave, Pennsylvania Ave and Ridgewood.Compensation: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.Language Requirement: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.Paid Training (2-4 weeks)Key ResponsibilitiesGreet patients, escort to examination rooms, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.Verify insurance information and support billing-related processes.Perform data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.Utilize Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and EMR/EHR systems.Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Prepare patients and procedure rooms, assist with room turnover, and provide post-procedure instructions.Support bilingual patient communication when applicable.
