Home Health Sales Executive

As our Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for the overall coordination of business development and education of patients, physicians, and discharge planners. You'll ensure continuity of care, smooth interaction, and communication between all involved in delivering patient care. The operational areas would be northern Virginia. We are accepting applications from Reston, Herndon, Annandale, Tysons, Springfield, and nearby areas. Responsibilities Achieve monthly personal production goals. Execute weekly and monthly goals of increasing market share through account development of both existing and prospective referral sources. Educate the medical community about our organization's services and programs through effective sales calls and in-services with the appropriate tools and literature. Visit and establish effective rapport with physicians, office staff, discharge planners, and other referral sources. Execute effective sales calls/meetings that identify and meet the needs of the referral partners, including pre and post-call planning, establishing rapport, good questioning skills, proposing solutions, handling objections, driving referrals, and converting them to admissions. Responsible for all sales administration duties including, but not limited to logging activity into CRM, weekly meetings with tactical/strategic updates, paperwork (485/F2F) delivery or pick-up when needed, timely cell phone and email correspondence Participate in external marketing, including building relationships with referral sources, supporting marketing functions sponsored by the communities to engage in community networking, conducting physician visits, and meeting with discharge planners as needed Able to articulate our competitive advantages, specialty programs, and CMS guidelines Coordinating and attending appointments/meetings Creating presentations and reports Collaborate with internal clinical and marketing team Any other tasks that are assigned. Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred Two (2) plus years of prior successful sales and marketing experience required Previous Home Health or Hospice sales experience strongly preferred Requirements, Skills & Competencies Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong computer skills including Email, CRM software, Google Meet/Zoom/Video Conference, PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated. Excellent written and verbal communications skills Interpersonal skills so you can relate to physicians, other health specialists, management, and co-workers, over the phone and in person Lifting requirements include participating in physical activity, working for an extended period while standing, and extensive bending Must be able to travel as required by the above duties Must have a car with current insurance coverage and a valid driver's license We are accepting applications from Leesburg, Ashburn, Reston, Herndon, Tysons and surrounding areas.
